This project is inspired by Gu Cheng(顾城)'s famous poem Far and Close. I used a Tobii eye tracker and the Unity engine to visualize the poem and make it interactive.

When the audience looks at the word "me" or "far", all the floating Chinese characters will become far away. When the audience looks at the word "cloud" or "close", they will become close.

远和近

你 一会看我 一会看云

我觉得 你看我时很远 你看云时很近

Far and Close

You Look a while at me, Look a while at a cloud.

I feel You are far away while looking at me, Very close while looking at the cloud.
